The Taste of Summer | Cocktail Corner

The taste of summer - in one gin glass. Using our summer classic Aurantiaco, Fever Tree Rhubarb and Raspberry and fresh fruit, this is our favourite twist on a gin and tonic.

Ingredients:

Method:

  • Add 50ml Aurantiaco and 4-6 raspberries to a gin glass and stir to infuse.
  • Add ice, then top with Fever Tree Rhubarb and Raspberry.
  • Garnish with more raspberries and orange slices.
