The taste of summer - in one gin glass. Using our summer classic Aurantiaco, Fever Tree Rhubarb and Raspberry and fresh fruit, this is our favourite twist on a gin and tonic.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Torbay Gin Aurantiaco
- 6-8 raspberries
- 2 orange slices
- 200ml Fever Tree Rhubarb and Raspberry
Method:
- Add 50ml Aurantiaco and 4-6 raspberries to a gin glass and stir to infuse.
- Add ice, then top with Fever Tree Rhubarb and Raspberry.
- Garnish with more raspberries and orange slices.
