The Torbay Collins - a take on the classic Tom Collins cocktail, using our very own Torbay Gin!
The Torbay Collins is a beautifully refreshing cocktail which is also incredibly simple to make. It also takes full advantage of our colour changing gin, with the citrussy element of the cocktail making it a vibrant purple colour! This is how to make yours:
Ingredients:
- 50ml Torbay Gin
- 12.5ml sugar syrup
- 12.5ml lime juice
- Soda water
- Lime slice to garnish
Method:
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Add Torbay Gin, sugar syrup and lime juice to your glass and stir.
- Top with soda water and garnish with your lime slice.
- Enjoy!
