Torbay Negroni | Cocktail Corner

A negroni is a favourite amongst cocktail enthusiasts for its balanced flavour coming from the bitterness of Campari, sweetness from a sweet vermouth and the botanicals of dry gin.

Negroni with colour changing gin
Our version of the negroni uses our colour changing Devon Dry Gin, infused with the butterfly pea flower. This creates a negroni that reflects the uniqueness of our gin whilst staying true to the classic recipe.
Ingredients:
- 25ml Torbay Gin
- 25ml Campari
- 25ml Martini Rosso
- Orange Peel or dried orange slice, to garnish

Method:
- Add Campari and Martini Rosso to a glass over ice, and stir to combine and dilute.
- Using a bar spoon, layer the gin on top of the other ingredients
- Garnish with orange
We would recommend stirring ingredients to combine and further dilute - after taking pictures!
