Our take on the basil cucumber gin smash, this light and refreshing cocktail uses our gin we made exclusively for the English Riviera Airshow. It blends the freshness of cucumber and basil with the fragrant lemon and rosemary notes from our English Riviera Airshow gin to create something perfect for sipping under the sun.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Torbay Gin - English Riviera Airshow Limited Edition
- 25ml lemon juice
- 12.5ml elderflower cordial
- 5-6 slices of cucumber
- 6-8 basil leaves
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake until cold, combined and infused.
- Double strain over crushed ice into a rocks glass.
- Garnish with a cucumber wheel and sprig of fresh basil.
