Created to celebrate the English Riviera Airshow, this gin is distilled just minutes from the Torbay coastline using a blend of fresh lemon, fragrant rosemary and a hint of lavender. The result is a smooth, refreshing gin with a subtle savoury note and a citrus edge that feels right at home by the sea.

In the bottle, it is a vivid blue thanks to the butterfly pea flower. Add tonic and it shifts to pink, a small nod to the skies over the bay as the sun starts to drop behind the headland.

The label design is by Szabotage, whose bold, playful work brings a modern take on Riviera life.
